    AVAILABLE TRAINING PACKAGES INCLUDE:
Private Sessions:  This is one on one time with your trainer to focus
on your particular goals.  You have your trainer's undivided attention
in assessing your current level of fitness, determining a reasonable
and safe course of action, and overseeing the execution of the plan.  
This package includes a personalized full body workout with
strength, endurance, core, cardiovascular and flexibility training.  We
will also focus on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.

    If  you are new to fitness training, have particular health concerns, or
    are uncomfortable working out with others, you'll want to start here.  
    This package is also recommended for those who need to train at an
    advanced level for competitions and jobs in entertainment and/or
    have a deadline to reach a specific goal.

Shared Sessions:  This time is shared between two to four people.
This is a semi-private workout where there is less one on one time
with your trainer.   Your workout will be designed considering the
lowest level of fitness in the team.  Though less personalized, this
package is more economical while still very challenging, effective
and providing individualized attention.  

    If you enjoy the one on one experience with your trainer and your
    budget doesn't allow for the private sessions, this is a great way to
    experience personal attention from a certified trainer while achieving
    your fitness goals with friends who are motivating and share a
    common interest.

Group Sessions:  This time is shared among five or more people.
You'll need to be a quick study, or have some prior experience with
exercise technique.  Your trainer will challenge and monitor you
overall as a group, with limited one on one attention.

    Groups are formed periodically and upon demand.  These sessions
    are economical and are a great way to stay in shape.  If you're
    interested, your name will be added to a list and you'll be contacted
    as soon as the list contains five or more people available for the
    same session times.

Consultation Package:  This package includes a fitness
consultation, physical evaluation and one private training session.  
The trainer will assess your current level of fitness, design and
execute a personalized workout, and provide nutritional guidance for
achieving your goal.

    You will be given guidelines to continue the workout on your own,
    and consult with your trainer as needed.  A weekly telephone follow-
    up is scheduled to assess your progress, monitor consistency and
    answer questions.  You will also get unlimited access to the trainer
    via telephone and/or e-mail.  

    This package is designed so that those who have budget and/ or
    time constraints may still have access to a certified personal trainer.  
    If you are disciplined, self motivated and have had some training
    experience, this might be a good option for you.
